They are small and simple with a kitchen and a fireplace, and staying in one is the rare chance to sleep in a piece of Texas park history rather than a modern rental. The park also has a swimming pool, easy trails and a campground for families who prefer tents. Only a handful of cabins exist, so they are among the hardest reservations in the Texas park system.
